About Us

We are a strategic consulting firm based in Sarasota, Florida that focuses on small to mid-sized businesses and non-profit organizations.  We are certified licensees of the Total Integration™ Executive Program, which is transforming business owners and executives, as well as the organizations they lead, by implementing values-based strategy.

History

Epiphany Consulting was founded in 1998 by our CEO, David G. Johnson, as a marketing consultancy.  Over time, the firm developed a specialized approach for the unique needs of technology-oriented businesses.  We have served the communications, expansion and revenue-growth needs of software companies, healthcare organizations, I.T. firms, non-profit organizations, contractors, retailers, and internet-based businesses, among others.

Through working with software companies, I.T. firms, and medical practices, in particular, a growing need for understanding the process of introducing sustainable change into organizations began to be felt.  We began to develop consulting services oriented toward workflow, process, and implementation strategies.  The profound impact of this work is measured in the millions of dollars.

Total Integration™ Arrives on the Scene

In 2004, David met Eric Beck (former International Director of Training for E-Myth Worldwide and Founder of the Total Integration™ Executive Program) and immediately enrolled as a client.  Over the next few months, Epiphany went through some profound changes as this valuable strategic work was done.  In 2005, David decided that this work had to be made available to Epiphany's clientele and worked out a licensing agreement with Mr. Beck.

Today's Work

Pulling together the lessons learned in marketing, technology, process and strategic consulting, Epiphany Consulting is positioned to bring revolutionary change to organizations that are looking to maximize profitability, achieve focus and clarity, create sustainable working patterns, and eliminate the negative affects of operating in time debt. 

This work is primarily accomplished through one-on-one strategic sessions conducted with business owners and organizational leaders by phone.  We work with our clients to define, measure and implement strategic vision throughout the systems of their organizations.  We provide strategic systems templates, accountability, and training.
